Los Angeles cleaner leaves home smelling like wet dog
COMPLAINT: Valerie Ellner, Newbury Park, Calif.
"Consider It Done charged me $100 to clean my home. They were here for two hours and damaged a lot of things. They put a gash in a window sill. They clogged up the toilet so badly I had to have a plumber come, which cost $260. They used my vacuum and broke it. They didn't clean the shower or the tub.
"They hardly even cleaned the house, and they didn't vacuum under things or in all the traffic areas. They insisted on using their own supplies, and my house smelled like a dirty, wet dog when they left. They're the worst service I've ever used."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I simply want a refund."
