Lenexa countertop company resolves broken faucet issue

I hired Granite Center of Lenexa, Kansas, to install a new granite countertop, sink, and faucet in my kitchen. From start to finish, this was a terrible experience. Nobody was willing to work with me, they argued with me on the placement of my countertop, and now I’m having issues with the very nice and expensive faucet I bought. It has been leaking for a couple of months. They said they’d replace it for free if I brought it to them.

The product was clearly defective, which was confirmed by the company when my husband sent them photos. I refused to remove the faucet, as I’m not a plumber and didn’t install the faucet. They finally agreed to replace it, but it’s been two months and they haven’t done so. I want them to replace the defective faucet.
