"I hired Pro Green Inc. Professional Landscape Management for an extensive residential landscaping job, which included planting flowers, bushes and trees; putting down new sod; repairing and replacing portions of the sprinkler system; and installing a new privacy fence, an iron fence with gate, and a flagstone walkway.
"The privacy fence and iron gate are the only parts that were done to my satisfaction. About half of the flowers, bushes and trees died within six weeks due to poorly spaced sprinkler heads.
"They told me I didn't need to worry about installing a screen in the fountain to keep debris out of the pump, but now it barely works because of the lack of screen.
"The crew didn't level the sod properly. When they installed the flagstone, the crew broke the tiles into squares, ruining half of them.
"I had to hire a second company to remove the walkway and install a new one correctly. I later learned the crew had buried several sprinkler heads four inches under the sod, and they had installed far too many for the size of my yard.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $1,700 refund for the walkway, and $250 for sprinkler changes and readjustments."
