Knoxville plumbing job all downhill

It's all downhill from here
COMPLAINT: Robert Griffith, Powell
"About three months ago, Downhill Plumbing & Septic dug out and repaired my septic tank and installed new lines. The job is still unfinished. In the process of repairing the lines, they tore two rain gutters out of the ground and didn't replace them. They also tore the water main away from the house. A ditch runs the length of my front yard where dirt has settled, and there's a large crater in the middle of my side yard.
They obliterated the landscaping near the house and severely damaged some of the trees on the edge of the yard. They also pushed a fairly large section of the dirt over the edge of a hillside, leaving the front yard more sloped. When they tore the main water line away from the house, gravel or dirt also got into it, causing my faucets and pipes to clog.
I gave Downhill a $500 [check as the] deposit, which they assured me they wouldn't cash if I paid with a credit card - which I did. They cashed the check anyway."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I simply want them to level my yard again so I can walk around or mow it. I also want them to remove, flatten or fill the crater and remaining trenches. I'd appreciate it if they'd make repairs or replacements for the damages to my property like the landscaping, gutters and trees, but at this point I'd be OK with just having a yard I can use. If they're not going to finish the job, I want a partial refund so I can hire someone to finish it."
