"I contracted Aya Kitchens of the Carolinas to install my new kitchen and wet bar. It was a disaster. Aya never met any of the promised deadlines, never completed the work and were difficult to work with.
"I was forced to pay for a second installation, which they completed only halfway. They don't return phone calls or e-mails, and when we speak in person, they promise to have the repairs completed but nothing happens."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like the kitchen in a workable state and a $381 refund."

"I hired Babbling Brook Landscaping to fill in landscaping and trim a few trees. I wasn't home when they came, but I allowed them to work because they did a good job in the past. When I came home, one bed looked great, one was ripped to shreds and another was in desperate need of mulch.
"I left a message for Marcus [Rupert, the owner] and he said he'd be out to fix it. I wasn't home again but allowed them to come. They randomly planted shrubs and left big gaps where some were removed. Marcus said they'd come to fix it. They never called or showed."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I request a refund of $865."
