Kidney doc cares for kids

Description of experience: "Dr. Berry has been my 8-year- old son's nephrologist since the day he was born. He saw us through Austin's dialysis treatment and kidney transplant, and we see him every three months for follow-up care."

Member comments: "Dr. Berry and his staff are fabulous. He always listens and has never made me feel uncomfortable – even when there was a difference of opinion. He'll weigh both sides of the treatment with you and take the time to answer any and all questions I have.

"Every summer Dr. Berry goes with his patients to a kidney camp called Camp Okawehna in Nashville, Tenn., for children on dialysis or who have had a kidney transplant. Austin's gone two years in a row and is excited to go again this year. Dr. Berry and his staff are in it for the kids, and it's evident when you meet them."
