Kansas City area company reseals gutters
I hired Arrowhead Seamless Guttering of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, to replace my gutters. Everything seemed fine at first, however, my gutters started leaking less than a year later. They inspected the leaks and said they would be back to do a water test and do repairs. My seams were leaking and they told me the gutters were probably full, but they were not — they had just been cleaned.
Despite many phone calls in the months since they originally came out, they never showed back up to do the repairs. As a result of all the leaking, I am now dealing with fascia board and exterior damage.
I am asking for complete repair to my gutter seams. I want them to repair, prime and paint the damaged fascia board or provide a complete refund so I may hire a new contractor.

This complaint has been resolved to the complete satisfaction of the customer. The cause of the problem was that we purchased gutter sealant that was made from an inferior manufacturing process.
We have resealed all areas of the customer's guttering and he is very pleased. In fact, he has since referred us to other potential clients. We never have "call backs" and always strive to achieve 110 percent customer satisfaction!

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
