Indianapolis roofer resolves issue with gutter covers
I hired Bone Dry Roofing of Indianapolis to replace shingles that were damaged by hail. When the new shingles were installed, the roofers damaged the gutter covers, and they couldn’t be repaired.
Bone Dry admitted the problem, and provided a different style of gutter covers at no charge. However, these new covers have proven to be inadequate for my house. They fill up with leaves and the water spills over the gutters during a heavy rain. I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved, but Bone Dry has been has been unresponsive, failed to return phone calls and failed to keep appointments.
I’ve attempted to talk to the owner, but received no response. I want them to pay to have Gutter Helmet-type covers installed. This was the style of gutter covers that I had before, and they worked fine.

We apologize that the product wasn’t performing up to the standards of the customer, and Bone Dry. Upon inspection, there were some minor install issues that were causing some major water flow issues. We have fixed these issues, and fully expect the product to live up to the customer’s expectations now.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
