"I contracted with 3D Enterprises to paint the exterior of my home. I had three days after signing the contract to decide whether I wanted to follow through with the project. I decided, based on some of their business practices, that I was going to cancel the contract.
I had already written them a check for $544. I called three hours after I gave them the check on a Friday and told them I didn't know what was going on but not to cash the check - they said that was fine.
I called on [the following] Tuesday at 8 a.m. and told them I was canceling the work and to not cash the check. I checked my account on Wednesday, and they had cashed the check.
I've called them three or four times, leaving numerous ways of getting a hold of me, but I've yet to hear from them."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my money returned immediately."
