Indianapolis carpet cleaners go above and beyond
Whether you live north in Nora or south in Southport, as an Indianapolis homeowner, you’re looking for great service, especially with stained or dirty carpets.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Indianapolis carpet cleaners as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
Year after year, Andy Shilts returns a satisfied customer with Middle Key Carpet of Indianapolis. “I’ve had Ross [Trittipo, co-owner] and his business clean the carpets in my house for the last six years, and he continues to be the best in-home service provider I’ve ever dealt with,” he says.
“For this most recent visit, he was able to arrange the appointment to fit the odd window of time in my schedule. He arrived on time and even offered to help me relocate the last couple things I was moving to get off the carpet. The cleaning was performed well, and he always takes care to look after the little details, such as taking his shoes off and placing hose guides in the front door to protect the frame from any damage. I’m extremely pleased and would never consider anything else.”
Out, out, Spot's spots!
Call the authorities! Dirt Robber Carpet Cleaning of Noblesville, Ind. stole Rhonda Kile’s appreciation. “They arrived unexpectedly early, and the service was completed in a reasonable period of time, which I appreciated,” she says. “The carpets honestly look like new.
"This is especially amazing in our dining room, where our dogs like to drop pieces of food from their bowls," she says. "The spots were completely gone after the cleaning. I was given a bottle of spot remover for future use on spots that might require immediate attention. Overall, my husband and I were extremely pleased with Dirt Robber. We’ve already recommended them to a neighbor and will definitely use them in the future.”
Miguel Hanza is pleased with the work of Bowman’s Carpet Care of Indianapolis. “I found them on Angie’s List as a highly rated company and decided from the reviews to give them a try,” he says. “They were able to fit me in within the week. I really got a great value and the experience from scheduling to service was flawless.
"They steam cleaned the three-story townhome we were living in and the carpet looked great, smelled great and dried quickly," he says. "They brought their own water so there was no hooking up to our water source, which was great. They were on time with great communication and very focused to get the job done quickly and efficiently.”
Protecting the hardwood
Jill Rezek is over the moon with her carpet cleaner, Eco Carpet Cleaning of Indianapolis. “They were friendly, easy to work with and did a great job,” she says. “Minor pet stains were removed at no extra charge. This wasn’t a big steam cleaning and extraction operation. My carpet dried quickly — I like that it wasn’t soaked. I appreciated the low chemical load to protect my dog and family.
"There was no lingering artificial air freshener smell," she says. "They even cleaned the traffic areas on a hard–to-move wool rug (Pottery Barn variety, not a valuable antique rug) without letting one drop of water get on my 100-year-old hardwood floors. I’d hire them again without hesitation.”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A's in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company's actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they'd hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
