COMPLAINT: Wanda Lowry, Carmel, Ind.
"All Pro Carpet Cleaning Co. cleaned my carpets in two rooms and a hallway. Everything looked nice, but they said there was one spot that may come back. They said that if it did come back, let them know and they'd come back to reclean it. It did come back, and I attempted to contact them to come remove the stain, but they haven't come back.
"I also think they got the carpet too wet, because it took 48 hours to dry. I had to turn on fans to dry it, and I have never had to do that before. When other companies have cleaned the carpet, it has always dried quickly. I have been attempting to have them out for a month.
"I've lost confidence in them because of their lack of response, and I'm disappointed that they haven't stood by their promise to fix the stain."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to reclean the spot. If they can't remove it, I want them to pay someone else who can."
