Landscaping lament

COMPLAINT: Cynthia Garza, Missouri City, Texas

"I hired Art Scapes & Crafters to design my landscaping. The design was great; however, they were awful at planning and managing the project. They didn't take the original sprinkler system into consideration and didn't know where to place some of the control heads or where the sprinkler heads were.

"The flower beds they'd created were compromised because they dug through them to find sprinkler heads and control valves. They didn't repair the damaged beds. I also paid for two fountains and a remote control, which cost more than $2,000, but never received this merchandise. They still haven't finished the job and won't communicate with me."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to finish incomplete work, provide merchandise and return all tools they removed from my property."

It is a shame to see people go through this kind of experience. One thing to keep in mind when hiring someone to do a project for you... it isn't always the best price that is the best value. Look deep into the owner of the company and look for signs of integrity. That is a quality that one can put their trust into. If the price is a little high, then ask why. If you hear something like "quality takes time to produce", then you may have found someone to hire.

It is time to send these companys a certified letter and then take them to JP court, you can sue up to ten thousand dollar. I thing Art Scape live in Friendwood and the roofing co. was suppose to pull a permit. So treating to turn him in to the city inspector.
