House Springs plumbing company returns consumer’s sewer line DVD

Member complaint

I contacted All Service Contracting of House Springs, Mo., for an estimate on my sewer line repair. I gave them a DVD of my sewer lines that cost $125 so they could complete the quote.

They took longer than they said they would to get me the quote, and didn’t return my DVD after multiple promises to do so. I can’t get additional estimates without it.

I would like my DVD back or a $125 reimbursement.

Renee Biss, Overland, Mo.

Editor’s note: The member says the company returned the DVD, and she considers the matter resolved.

Have a complaint?

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
