Horse-owner pleased with new fencing to keep out dogs
Member Victoria Miller of Broad Run, Va., recently hired highly rated fencing company Aspen Fence and Deck of Haymarket, Va., to build a fence to keep dogs away from her horses.
Here’s what Miller had to say about her experience:
“The fence that was built surrounds a home, stable and sheds. I wanted the fence to look attractive, but also safely enclose my horses. Owner Clyde Wray inspected the site to provide diagrams and propose a price per foot of fence. He worked graciously with plan changes during construction and made every effort to realize my expectations. He also stayed to work with the crew until the project was finished.
"The fence was constructed with wire and rough-cut oak boards. The fence lines are as straight as an arrow and the curves fit the terrain perfectly. I’m simply delighted with the product, the price and the workmanship. If you are trying to keep horses safe from marauding dogs, this is the way to go. The fence is fantastic.”
