Homeowner says trimmer remedies damage after tree falls the wrong way
They cut a tree that fell the wrong way and landed on my shed. The tree wasn’t tied off with a rope to make sure it wouldn’t fall that way. It damaged the shed roof, one side and two trusses inside.
I’ve tried to contact owner Gerald Izell repeatedly, finally reaching him. He said he’d repair the damage, but I haven’t heard back from him yet, even though I followed up again.
I feel like he’s dodging me. I would have been happy with the company’s performance, but his reluctance to follow up and get this fixed has made this an unpleasant experience.
I want Gerald’s to repair the shed.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
