Homeowner says Pegram landscaper cut and run
I hired Mow Nashville of Pegram to care for my lawn. For $272 each month for a year, they agreed to keep my lawn mowed, trimmed and weeded. They also agreed to fertilize and seed the lawn. They said they would hand weed, mulch and provide weed control for the beds twice a year. The crew would also plant new flowers and shrubs, obtained at my cost. I started paying the $272 in the fall, and they weeded and mulched the beds. The work on the beds was poorly done. In the spring they fertilized and seeded the yard, but they charged me over $350 to my credit card without my permission. They showed up to mow four times. I have emailed them and I have called them repeatedly. They do not respond to either. I want a refund of $1,500.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
