Homeowner says Martin mason’s work continues to crack
I hired Floyd’s Masonry of Martin, Ga., to build a block wall in my husband’s workshop. Shortly after the owner finished the job and I paid for it, I noticed a large crack from the top of the wall to the bottom.
My husband called the owner and asked him to come look at the crack and repair it. The owner set up a date to come out, but later called and said he couldn’t make it. He promised to come the next day. My husband waited, but the company never showed. Since then, I haven’t been able to reach them.
Now, I have five huge cracks down the wall and they are growing. After waiting three months for a response, I don’t think I’ll ever get it. I’d like the wall repaired so I can continue fixing up the workshop. I only want what I paid for.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to mediate disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
