Homeowner says Las Vegas company charged more than expected for epoxy flooring
I purchased a Big Deal for a $599 garage floor finishing from Pro Cleaning Service of Las Vegas. They installed the epoxy flooring in our two garages per the deal, but we have a third garage that needed this as well. On the deal, it said the extra garage would cost an additional $150, but the company said it would be an additional $400 because the square footage is greater than what was offered on the deal, and requested a check for that amount to cover supplies.
When they did the first part of the job, they broke my copy machine. We went on vacation and scheduled the appointment during our vacation time. We came back two days early for this appointment, but we’ve been unable to reach the company, which has been unresponsive to concerns.
The desired resolution is that they refund me $400 from the misquote, or that they finish the job. I am not asking them to replace my broken copier, which is worth over $1,000, but I am asking that they finish the job.

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
