Homeowner says Holly Springs painter won’t fix substandard work
I hired John Jeffcoat Painting of Holly Springs, N.C., to repair a panel of drywall in my master bathroom and paint the room.
They installed the drywall and prepared the bathroom on a Big Deal I purchased for three hours of drywall and painting work.
They came back to complete the job and paint the master bathroom a few weeks later.
The job is substandard. The surface wasn’t smoothed before the paint was applied.
They scheduled an appointment to complete the work, but never came. I haven’t heard from them since.
I want the repaired drywall to be resurfaced and repainted.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
