Homeowner Says Contractor Didn’t Install Gutter Guards
I hired View Ridge Gutter Service of Everett, Washington, to install new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. They also removed the old gutters and disposed of them. However, they did not install gutter guards on the second floor, even though I paid for them to do so.
I did not find out about the missing guards until I cleaned the moss and gutters on the second floor. I cannot find the owner of this company, who did the work himself with his brother, I believe.
His name is Joshua Wilson and he did not complete the job. The other problem is that he dented my brand new deck railing with his ladder while doing the job.
I have been searching for Wilson all day with no luck. The company website doesn’t work and neither does the email or phone number.
I am assuming it was a mistake that he didn’t finish the job. I want him to complete the job.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
