Homeowner says Baltimore painters did spotty work
I hired Powerhouse Home Improvement in Baltimore to patch and paint my walls, as well as hang a medicine cabinet. The work was done hastily and with poor quality. They asked to come back over the weekend, because they didn’t show up during the week.
The patches are clearly visible, and the old wall color bleeds through in places. When they cut into the trim and ceiling, they made sloppy, wobbly lines. I’ve tried, without luck, to contact them multiple ways to talk about these issues. I want them to come back and do the job right.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
