Homeowner says Baltimore furniture shop never delivered cushions
I hired T & W Furniture Repair and Upholstery in Baltimore to make custom cushions. They said they could deliver the cushions in three to four weeks. It has been more than three months. They haven’t delivered the cushions as they promised me.
I want to see one of two resolutions: Either a refund of my $200 deposit, or for the product I ordered to arrive in a form acceptable to me, with the outstanding balance waived.
