Homeowner says Alpharetta landscaper continued to charge for service it no longer provided
However, they’ve recently dropped a service they were providing, but continued to charge for it two months in a row. When we confronted them with the facts, they weren’t honest and forthcoming about giving our money back.
They also called and said they were turning the grass cutting over to another company. We offered to continue paying them and they could pay the subcontractor. However, no one mowed the lawn or edged it and they charged us for it. We’ve stopped using their service because of this and would like a $150 refund.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
