Homeowner says Albuquerque landscaper only finished part of the job
I purchased a Big Deal worth six hours of landscaping from Sandia Landscapes in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Two people did between 3.5 and 4 hours of work.
The experience has been terrible from the beginning. I had problems scheduling. I had to take off work one day and they called 30 minutes before they were supposed to come to say they wouldn’t be able to make it.
They didn’t return several phone calls and messages. The lack of communication was my biggest problem. They promised to return and they never came back. I want a partial refund of $74.

Penalty Box-Broken Promise
Editor’s note: Sandia Landscapes told Angie’s List they would refund the money, but didn’t, therefore landing in the Penalty Box for a broken promise.
Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
