“I hired Peter Needham Electrical Company Inc. to rewire my new house. They told me they could get it done in a couple of weeks, but they only came out three days, even though they knew I had other workers scheduled.
"They didn’t install an outside ground rod, lost my attic door, left a mess of phone wires hanging — the list goes on. Their communication and accountability is terrible.”
DESIRED RESOLUTION: “I want Peter Needham Electrical Company Inc. to come back and fix the problems and I want a refund for the work that wasn’t done. And no cigarette butts in the yard, please — I had dozens!”

“All the work was completed, and the member owes us money. He is a first-time homeowner and acted as the general contractor and scheduled his subcontractors incorrectly. I believe this customer will never be happy."
