Homeowner dissatisfied with Cleveland housecleaner
I hired Casa Fina Cleaning of Cleveland for basic housecleaning services on a bimonthly schedule.
Owner Lilly Sosic assured me that I would have the same cleaners every time, but didn’t follow through with this.
When I talked to her about this, she said she was unhappy with several employees and had to let them go. She sounded desperate to keep her business going, and apparently settled for sending clients inferior workers instead of no one at all.
She sent two sisters who were bickering between themselves two times. A couple of times, one of her cleaners brought her dog with her and kept it in its carrier in my house while she cleaned.
Finally, she said she and her sister would take over the cleaning. I was very excited, but they never showed up on my next scheduled cleaning.
I think her intentions were good, but her business was very unprofessional. I would like to be reimbursed $606.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
