Homeowner claims pool repair isn't complete

Homeowner claims pool repair isn't complete

COMPLAINT: Ross D. Bowman, Santa Clara, Calif.

"I contacted Ultimate Pool & Spa in San Jose [Calif.] to repair a leak in my pool. They said the problem was in the skimmer section, but it wasn't. They told me to consult with a leak detection company, which I did and paid $350. Ultimate then came out and fixed the leak and surrounding deck work, which had started to crack, for $500. However, a pool jet doesn't work and they left the access hole to the piping unfinished. I still can't get them to return my phone calls and finish the work."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "Fix the decking cracks, pool jet and finish the access hole."

STATUS: Penalty Box
