"We hired Family Roofing to replace a gutter and they spent the morning doing a very, very poor installation. When confronted on the poor service for an outrageous price, they said that the insurance company would probably pay for the repair.
"They claimed my complaint was simply buyer's remorse. I would be embarrassed if I did this job and charged any money for it."

"The wife called for our services, signed the contract, and paid for the job all while the husband was out to sea. The husband entered this complaint of our work without ever having been there during the time the work was completed."
