Grinding brakes fixed by trustworthy Boston auto repair shop

Laura Fitzhenry finally found an auto mechanic she can trust.

"The brakes on my 2005 Nissan Altima were grinding, making a horrible noise after only four years and 25,000 miles," Fitzhenry says. "Jim [Tupper, the owner] greeted me with a smile and completed the work later that day, exactly when he said it would be ready.

"The price was almost exactly what he had estimated. He and his staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I'll absolutely use them again."
