Gambrills landscaper knocks out established flower bed, member says
I hired Joseph Weller of Gambrills, Md., to landscape by pulling weeds and trimming hedges. I’d used Weller the year before, and he did a good job, so I rehired him. The crew pulled up all of my black-eyed Susan perennials that were planted before I moved in 14 years ago.
After he did the work and I paid him, I realized his crew pulled the flowers and that area was bare. I talked to him one time by phone to let him know about my complaint. I told him I talked to a nursery that carried black-eyed Susans, and it would cost about $175 to replace them.
He never returned my calls after this to fix my complaint. I want him to provide and plant enough new plants to fill the original space.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
