Fort Mill house cleaner scratched shower door, homeowner says
I hired Fort Mill’s Domestic Diva in Fort Mill, South Carolina, to clean my home. They claimed that they were licensed and insured. After the cleaning, I noticed several scratches on the upper half of my solid glass master shower door. While they were superficial, they were permanent and noticeable, especially when looking out of the shower.
I immediately called [Robin Walker, company owner] to report the finding. I asked her to come by and see the scratches for herself. She said she’d like to bring the women who cleaned it with her and would be by the following day. She never came, nor did she call.
After several failed attempts to get her to my house, I requested her insurance information. She refused to provide it. I want the shower door replaced.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
