Fairfax florist offers discount for failed delivery

"I ordered a flower arrangement from Greensleeves Florist but they failed to deliver the flowers to the recipient on the day and time promised. The flowers were re-routed to my home and arrived at 7 p.m., wilted and with multiple broken stems. I called the florist which resulted in being placed on hold and hung up on.
"A salesperson promised delivery of complimentary chocolates the next day, but no delivery was ever made. The manager didn't return my messages. I contacted the manager days later, who denied any quality or service issues."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like a full refund."

"We went to the recipient's office at 4:30 p.m. — she wasn't there. We got a call from the member, who gave us a new address and said to leave the arrangement at the front door, which we did. At that time, I advised him that we aren't responsible for the arrangement if it's left at the door. Nobody at the shop promised a chocolate delivery.
"I got a call five days after delivery, and offered him 20 percent off the flowers or 50 percent off his next purchase. Guarantees at our shop are for three days. The member's call came after five days. There was no message left for me before that."
