COMPLAINT: Andy Smith, Charlotte, N.C.
"I hired Atkins Asphalt Paving LLC to pave my driveway. The driveway looked great for about three months, but then I noticed a lump starting to emerge.
"Someone came out to look at it, and agreed that they would correct the problem. I haven't heard from them since I checked in with them about a month ago."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to repair the bump in my driveway."
RESPONSE: Joyce Atkins, owner, Atkins Asphalt Paving LLC
"Our company agreed to fix this problem, even though we do not feel it had anything to do with our workmanship or materials.
"We apologize – our recent work schedule has been out of state.
"Once the problem is resolved, we hope this will change your mind about our company, since you stated you would never use our services again."
