"I had Columbus Door remove and replace my front door and the door from the house to the garage. Scott [Marshall, the owner] told me the glass for the front door was on back order.
"When the doors arrived, they had been damaged in a truck delivery, so he agreed to take 5 percent off their price."
"The doors went in okay, but the trim on the outside wasn't ready when Scott showed up. In addition, the garage door was not finished correctly. I had originally agreed to have the door stained on the inside and painted white on the outside, but the entire door was stained.
"After a week, the front door would no longer lock. I have called Scott and left him messages, but haven't received a call back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like Scott to either fix my door so it will shut correctly, or pay for another reputable door installer to fix the issue."
