Denver flooring installer also puts in toilet
Hrubes saw firsthand how high the quality of Oitker's flooring was when the basement toilet flooded. "The material he'd used for the floor wasn't affected by the water at all," Hrubes says. "He wanted to put the best flooring down, and it worked. It's a testament to his work that it didn't get damaged by the water."

Description of work "Tad [Oitker, the owner] installed new floors in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I found he used the most expensive undersheeting and very high quality flooring. He also made the molding match in all the rooms. A toilet was leaking and he simply said, 'Pick one out, and I'll go pick it up and put it in.' When I asked, he said there would be no extra charge. What a guy! He'd also done a complete cabinet refacing the year before with really good results."
Member comments "The install was only a couple days' work and had very good workmanship. The supplier had some difficulty getting the right flooring from the factory to Tad, which took an extra week or so. Tad was very apologetic in this even though he didn't have anything to do with the shortage of material."
