Delray Beach member says garage door squeaks even after repair

I hired D&B Garage Doors of Boynton Beach, Fla. to replace the springs on my garage door, and they told me the door opener was failing and needed to be replaced. After the installation, I noticed loud squeaks when the door opened and closed. An employee came and sprayed the tracts, but the sounds returned.

When I complained, the owner was rude, insulting and refused to service the door anymore. My husband then called the owner and was told the problem would be fixed. Several weeks went by, and D&B became hostile when we called to remind them. I haven’t heard from D&B since that conversation. I want the noise corrected.
