Dealership fails to make right on auto repair
COMPLAINT: Laura Fearn, Riverside, Calif.
"I purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel after being promised free oil changes. As I took possession of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the driver's side mirror and roof," Fearn says. "My salesman, David Sanchez, told me he would call the next day to have it fixed. He never called, despite several attempts to reach him. He said multiple times that he would mail the oil change voucher and never did. Someone from the dealership called and said they would mail me a check. That was months ago, still nothing."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want free oil changes for the first four years or 50,000 miles as Mr. Sanchez promised," Fearn says.
