David Bachtel Inc. resolves window complaint
COMPLAINT: Jon Dyer, Tampa
I hired David Bachtel Inc. of Tampa to replace my doors and three windows. He gave me a good first impression. He and his apprentice delivered the windows a few weeks later, and we arranged the installation dates. I took time off work on the days that Dave said he would be by, but he was a no-show. I got no response, despite calling him many times. The next day, I got a call from someone in his family who said that he was sick. We arranged another date. This time he did show up, but without the crew we talked about. We agreed that he would come back with his full crew. Once again, he was a no-show and wouldn't answer his phone. I still haven't received any kind of response.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like the warranty paperwork for my windows. I would be willing to have Dave and his crew come in and complete the work, if he will commit to the time.
