Customer wants warranty for pool renovation

"I hired Anaqua Pools of Converse, Texas, to do a complete in-ground pool renovation before my wife's birthday party, which was two weeks away. The owner, Dan Lammay, told me he could complete the entire job in a week, and he gave us a fair cost estimate. There were numerous cancellations and delays, and he missed the deadline. My wife and I lost time from our jobs due to the cancellations and no-shows.
"After I gave him his final check, he would not answer my calls or e-mails, and when I complained, he refused to provide me with the written manufacturer's 10-year warranty. We have had problems with the plaster and other renovations issues since they left the job, and there is no evidence of effort on their part to address these problems."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "At this point, all I want is my agreed-upon written product warranty."
