"Then, two weeks later, I received another bill. I thought the company made a mistake because I closed my account. But a debt collection company contacted me for the amount due, which I ended up paying with my credit card. AT&T says it lost my original termination payment, but my bank says the charge went through."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $173.31 refund, which includes the erroneous charge of $162.36 and the $10.95 charge by the debt collection company."
