Contractors give historic Boston home a makeover
Robert Downey entrusted the future of his South End brownstone's facade to Bautista. "Due to the nature of the historic building, extra permitting was required," Downey says.
"The tuckpointing required scaffolding, power and hand tools, and acid washing. The workers were very careful to protect windows and other parts of the building and were very good about cleaning up. I can't recommend them enough."
