Contractor Replaces Old Wood Fence with PVC Version

When Angie’s List member Anita B. of Lighthouse Point, Florida, wanted to update her old wood fence, she called highly rated Power Fence in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Anita says the salesman helped her understand all of the options for her new fence and answered any questions. “The company had a number of options for fencing materials and fence design,” Anita writes in her Page of Happiness-nominated review. “They worked with me to identify the best choice to meet my needs and refined bids accordingly.”

She decided on 6-foot-tall, khaki-colored PVC fencing, with wood grain pattern, and the salesman gave her a quote.

Power Fence filed the appropriate permits and obtained easement approval before starting the $8,500 job. They then removed her old wood fence, dug new postholes and set the fence posts in concrete, according to code. Next, they installed the nearly 200 feet of fencing and two metal-framed gates, then arranged the final inspection.

Anita couldn’t be happier with the new fence. “There are good companies to work with, and there are great companies to work with,” she says. “Power Fence was a great company to work with, and I highly recommend them.”
