Contractor Adds Shade Structure With Decorative Concrete to Backyard
Angie’s List member Bryan B. wanted to add a shade structure to his Albuquerque, New Mexico, backyard. He decided on a wooden structure with stamped and colored concrete as the floor.
He then called Groff Lumber Company, also in Albuquerque, and hired them for the job.
“I received excellent service from Groff,” Bryan says in a Page of Happiness-nominated review of the highly rated company. “They were very professional and courteous. They were very responsive to questions throughout the installation process and addressed any concerns promptly.”
Bryan says he was impressed by Groff’s choice of subcontractor. According to Bryan, the subcontractor also poured and stamped the concrete. The subcontractor also took care of the questions regarding the zoning regulations and even traveled to the city office to discuss the work in person after they received conflicting information throughout multiple phone calls, he adds.
Groff charged $3,700 for the job.
“Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Groff,” he says.
