Consumer says Tacoma company's security system failed
I hired BCD Comms of Tacoma, Washington, to hook up security cameras to an electrical system and computer.
I don’t like to say anything negative, but this was a terrible experience. The system went down three times. I now have no working security at my house. I am still under warranty, and the company is not returning my calls.
I paid lots of money for protection and do not have it. The “customer first” motto of this company is not sincere. Since I already paid for their services, they do not think they need to call me back.
I want them to fix my machine or provide a full refund of $2,442.
