Consumer says Oklahoma City landscaper’s yardwork didn’t cut it
I hired Oklahoma Master Grass of Oklahoma City to plant grass and maintain my lawn. They are supposed to maintain my lawn every month for $65.
They come out every month, but they aren’t doing a good job. They mow the lawn, but they aren’t maintaining it. The grass isn’t even growing, and there are weeds everywhere. They’ve ignored my bushes, which are overgrown. None of the seeds they planted have taken root.

I have never had so many weeds in my yard. I want my money back.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
