Consumer says New Market dry cleaner lost several pieces of clothing

I took four separate suits to Family Cleaners of New Market, Maryland, at different times within two weeks. They lost pieces from each suit, effectively costing me four entire suits.

I didn’t have any problems initially, and then I realized one suit coat was missing. When I took the next load, the customer service representative said he would find the suit coat. He didn’t find the coat, but lost three pairs of pants. He says he knows the customer who took the clothes and can get them back.

I want a refund of $3,258.95 to reimburse me for the last cleaning bill and for the cost of four new suits.
