Consumer says Lake Worth company left recessed lighting installation incomplete
I purchased a Big Deal for recessed lighting installation by Palm Beach Property Pros of Lake Worth, Florida. They left two rough patches in the wall and ceiling, and the hats they installed were smaller than the holes they drilled for the lights.
They couldn’t finish the repairs because the patches were damp, and they had another appointment. An employee told me he would call the next day to make an appointment for the repairs. He never did.

I called and made another appointment. They arrived late, and I wasn’t happy with the repairs. The employee said he didn’t have the right materials to complete the patches, and when he returned, he’d finish the hats as well.
They called the next day and said that the hats weren’t the correct size, so I rescheduled the appointment. They didn’t show up or call. After I complained, they arrived on time for the next appointment, but without the hats again. He stated they’d deliver the hats to my address in two business days, and I wouldn’t be charged for it. I never received a delivery.
I tried to contact the company, but no one answered. I haven’t heard from them, and the repairs are incomplete.
I want them to finish the work

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
