I hired A First Impression of Moorpark, California, to reupholster my mother’s heirloom dinette set.

A contractual error on their part changed the price from $1,900 to $4,500 after I paid a 50 percent deposit. We compromised, and I paid an additional $1,000.

They chose the wrong color three times although they had a swatch. When I went to ask for my money and furniture back since no work started, the owner verbally assaulted me.

I want a refund of $2,000 and the return of my dining set.
