Consumer says cabinet drawer repair failed
I hired Mister Constructor of Annandale, Virginia, for a variety of tasks, including fixing drawers in the bathroom, as part of a Big Deal. They switched the drawers because they thought that would solve the issue and after a couple of days, both drawers weren’t working correctly.
I called and left four different messages with them. Finally, after a week, I got a call back and the person apologized for missing my call and then spoke to a manager. However, no one ever called me again. I paid extra because I had a lot of tasks and it took longer than the allotted time for the Big Deal. I don’t expect them to fix these drawers without compensation because they work by the hour. The problem is, they never reached me.
I want someone from the company to contact me to determine if they can fix the drawers. If they can fix them, I want an estimate first before I hire them.

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
