Consumer says Anaheim lighting company won’t respond to issue

I bought a Big Deal for recessed lighting installation for $335 by Livewire Electric of Anaheim, California. I noticed two of the lights in my guest bedroom will come on after a while, but then go out intermittently. The lights come on again, one at a time, and repeat this cycle.

I spoke with the company, and he said they would fix it, because it is under warranty. No one called or showed up for the appointment. I left three or four messages with them, but no one called me back.

I want the faulty wiring repaired. Also, I want the warranty honored because although it’s now expired, I contacted them in plenty of time to resolve the problem under the warranty.
